Before you buy
Can I buy just one app?
Yes. Every specialist app can be bought on its own, monthly or yearly. You are never required to take the full suite.
What is included in the All Access Suite?
The IFM Membership plus every specialist app marked as included in the suite. The lineup can change over time as apps are added.
Is the IFM Membership the same as All Access Suite?
No. The IFM Membership is the personal mastery program on its own. All Access Suite is the wider subscription that contains the IFM Membership and the specialist apps.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account's billing portal or through paddle.net. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What is the refund window?
30 days from the order date. Details are in the refund policy.
Do I need a separate account for every app?
No. You create one account here, and that account carries your subscription and opens the apps connected to the Hub. Apps still being connected are marked on their card.
What happens to access after cancellation?
Access stays open until the end of your current paid period, then the app closes to you. Your subscription record is kept so you can resubscribe later.
